Atmospheric Observation Panel for Climate (AOPC) Terms of Reference

This document outlines the role and responsibilities of the Atmospheric Observation Panel for Climate (AOPC), established by the GCOS Steering Committee and co-sponsored by the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP).
