It is suggested each session comprise short presentations (about 10 min?) followed by a much longer discussion session.
In general, the presentations will be made by the group leaders, but they could suggest alternatives if that is more appropriate.
The group leaders should moderate the discussions and present conclusions to the final session of the Joint Panel Meeting on Friday 23rd.
