More than 80 experts from (GCOS), the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and the space agencies came together in a series of interlinked meetings from 18 to 22 March 2019, at the Es Saadi Hotel Resort, in Marrakech, Morocco. The overall aim was to achieve a common understanding of the needs of stakeholders for climate observations and of how GCOS and WCRP should achieve their strategic goals.
